Wonderful to get to spend the day together amongst the redwoods, catching up without a screen between us and talking about life > science. Highlights included Antonin's "Cards against Immunology", Miqdad's curry, and Geil's bug spray, which kept the mosquitos at bay (a little). Those of us who camped overnight got to engage in some Chou lab style field research, trying to extract a tick from Antonin's leg in the morning. We'll stick with skin bacteria, thanks!
