Our spring lab retreat was a rainy one calling for indoor activities. After a morning at the De Young Museum to get our creative juices flowing, we had an awesome lunch at Dumpling Time and then headed down to Mission Bay for an all out cake war. No, this did not involve throwing cakes, but rather decorating them. Clemence and Sepideh eeked out the win based on voting by the HSW12 crew with their cake titled "Mouse over Stars." The other cakes were "Science in the City", "Verry Berry" and "We're like succulents". Check out some pics from the day.
