Geil gave a wonderful presentation of her thesis work to her family, friends and UCSF community. Delta wave made it neccessary to switch to zoom but silver lining was that her relatives from the Phillipines could tune in. Not one to rest on her laurels, Geil got up to the podium again the following Friday to deliver a stellar talk at the UCSF ImmunoX Mini-Symposium. Way to go Dr. Merãna!
